Up at 6:30am this morning, and down in my girlfriends kitchen with 2 laptops at 7 o’clock to watch for trades on my “Any-Time” system.

The first trade signal came up just after 7:15 and I entered the trade at exactly 7:30. My 2nd trade came up just around the same time, and I was in that one at 7:38am. Neither trade lasted very long and by a quarter to eight I was out of them both, with a profit of +10 pips each, so 20 pips was added to my spread betting account.

As I had reached my target for the day, I packed away the laptops and I cooked a full english breakfast for both of us. I then spent the rest of the day helping with some decorating – although I did switch one of the computers back on a bit later and answered a few emails.

At 5 o’clock I was back with a laptop to trade my “Evening” strategy – and my 1st (and only) trade came up just after 5:15 and I was in a long trade a few minutes after that. I came out of the trade at 6:34pm exactly with a profit of +28 pips.  A home cooked Chicken Biryani followed……
